Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Age & Eligibility

Our primary offerings include: (a) Author Authority Stack, which provides guaranteed features in 400+ news outlets within 4 weeks; (b) Forbes Authority Stack, which provides a guaranteed featured article on Forbes within 12 weeks; and (c) additional authority assets such as Google Knowledge Panel (GKP) creation, Wikipedia presence, and SEO optimization. Services are provided on the basis specified in these Terms and individual service contracts.
Specific terms, scope, and deliverables for each Service will be confirmed in the relevant purchase agreement or invoice.
4. Refund Policy
Money-Back Guarantees:
Author Authority Stack: If we fail to deliver features in 400+ news outlets within 4 weeks of the start date (provided all required client information is received), you are entitled to a full refund.
Forbes Authority Stack: If we fail to deliver a featured article on Forbes within 12 weeks of the start date (provided all required client information is received), you are entitled to a full refund.
Other Services: Refund terms for GKP creation, Wikipedia presence, and other authority assets are as specified in the individual service contract or agreement.
Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and request proof of non-delivery
Exclusions: Refunds are not available for services already rendered outside of the specific money-back guarantees provided for the Author Authority Stack and Forbes Authority Stack.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Company IP: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, databases and software, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by accessing the Site.
License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

Jurisdiction: You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site.

11. Termination

Termination by You: You may terminate your account and use of the Site at any time by contacting support Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless covered by our Refund Policy (Section 4).

Termination does not waive any claims we may have against you.
